The rev-share flywheel

Owners buy welcome packs. Tenants redeem. Vestra takes a fee, owners take a rev-share, businesses take a customer. The mainstream surface earns. The SDA surface never does.

Compliance is the underwriting

Every certification, service and audit event lands in one signed ledger. What an insurer opens is a hashed audit trail. What a claims adjuster opens is a compiled evidence bundle. Not a folder to chase — a document to read.

The commercial picture

Great UX for the tenant becomes fewer maintenance calls for the owner, faster resolution when things break, longer tenancies, and a positive-signal renter profile that follows people between homes. The SDA variant does the same for participants, families, coordinators and insurers.

Vestra takes a fee per home, a cut of the welcome pack, referral fees on the offers layer, and per-dwelling data licences from the insurers who underwrite the network. Same record. Four surfaces. All shipping.
