Vestra is the record that shows up when Sarah scans the QR on the fridge. Then it earns its keep: the first hour, bin night the night before, a welcome pack the owner paid for, a photo-to-ticket that gets someone there today.

Underneath sits the proprietary layer: appliance history, warranties, service dates, guides. Nobody else scrapes this because nobody else built the postcon pipeline that captured it. If Sarah moves to another Vestra home, her record goes with her.
